Perry's House
Situated on the east side of the central pool, this comfortably furnished and fully air conditioned house has two
bedrooms, each with twin beds and sleeps four persons. There are two shower rooms each with WC and basin,
directly adjacent to the bedrooms.
It boasts a large, tree shaded furnished south facing terrace for relaxing and entertaining, accessible from the living area. A fully equipped kitchen includes electric cooker with extractor, fridge-freezer, microwave oven and all crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils.
The external staircase leads to the furnished roof terrace, with sun beds, umbrella, chairs, table and barbeque, excellent for day and night enjoyment.
A washing machine is housed in the utility room, located under the stairs leading to the roof terrace. Accessories include TV, DVD player and hi-fi system. A pay-as-you-go local mobile phone is also provided, which is set up with useful local and emergency numbers.
A child’s cot (excluding linen), playpen and high chair are available on request.
