Xanthe's House
This well appointed fully air-conditioned house affords accommodation for four people, by way of a bedroom with
twin beds and a comfortable double sofa bed in the large living area, opening onto a furnished south west
facing pool side terrace, providing an ideal dining and sundowner venue.
At the front of the house is a south east-facing patio, shaded by a fig tree and a vine, providing a pleasant area for breakfast or morning coffee. The external staircase leads to the furnished roof terrace, with sun beds, umbrella, chairs, table and barbeque, excellent for day and night enjoyment.
The full size bathroom includes a bath with shower, WC and hand basin. A fully equipped kitchen includes cooker, fridge-freezer, microwave oven and all crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. A washing machine is housed in the utility room, located under the stairs leading to the roof terrace. Accessories include TV, DVD player and hi-fi system. A pay-as-you-go local mobile phone is also provided, which is set up with useful local and emergency numbers.
A child’s cot (excluding linen), playpen and high chair are available on request.
